What are the matters needing attention in the purification project?

1. Regularly check and repair the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, refer to the electrical schematic diagram for repair.
2. After the high-efficiency filter of the dust-free purification project is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and use a dust particle counter to detect it, and normal operation can only be carried out after reaching the technical indicators.
3. When the wind speed is found to be small, first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter contains more dust and the resistance increases, that is, the primary air filter of the dust-free Clean Room Project should be removed. The non-woven fabric inside is cleaned or replaced.
4. Regularly remove the filter material from the primary air filter of the dust-free purification project for cleaning.
5. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter in the dust-free purification project, remove the spray ball plate, take out the high-efficiency filter, and replace the new high-efficiency air filter according to the original high-efficiency filter specifications and models. When installing, confirm the arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter, the arrow should point to the direction of the air flow, and ensure a good seal to prevent leakage.
